• All orders within Punjab are delivered within 2 days after placing an order.
• Orders outside of Punjab take an estimated 3 days to reach your doorstep.
• Drop Apparel facilitates global connectivity, ensuring expedited delivery of premium products to your doorstep within a 7 business day timeframe. Please note that payment must be remitted in advance of dispatch.
• Delays may occur in case of bad weather, road closures, or other emergencies.
• Once you have placed an order, a change of mind can only be accommodated if it is communicated within the first hour. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full.
• Our team is dedicated to ensure your parcel arrives on time and in the best condition. In case your parcel has been opened or is damaged, please don’t hesitate and let us know immediately.
• Free Shipping to USA, Canada and UK for orders above $100. We offer free shipping in all other countries on orders over $150
